6. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments made to Volta Sports Academy are non-refundable.
By registering for any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, cancellations, or withdrawals,
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances) and are granted solely at the discretion of Volta Academy Sports. Documentation may be required to support your request.
To request consideration for a refund, please contact us via email with your name, the session details, and the reason for your request.

Cancellations by Us

In the event that Volta Academy Sports cancels a session, camp, or event (e.g., due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances) and can't, in the first instance arrange to reschedule, participants will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future session.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via email with your full name, the session name, and your reason for cancellation. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is received no later than 2 weeks before the start of the session date.

7. Waiver and Release of Liability

Participation in physical activities carries a risk of injury. By using our services or participating in events, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
