Booking policy

1. Booking Process All bookings must be made online via our website or through our school partner platforms where stated. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. 2. Session Availability Spaces are limited to maintain a high standard of coaching and ensure participant safety. If a session is fully booked, please contact our team via email to be added to the waiting list. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the first session. If we are able to fill your child’s space from the waiting list, a full refund will be issued. If the space cannot be filled, a credit note will be provided for use toward a future session or term. If a session is cancelled by us (e.g., due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will aim to reschedule. If a rescheduled session cannot be offered during the current term, we will issue a credit or a refund upon request for the missed session. 4. Behaviour Policy We are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all children. Repeated inappropriate behaviour may result in a child being removed from the session without a refund. 5. Late Pick-Up Please ensure your child is collected promptly at the end of the session. Persistent late collection may incur a late pick-up fee. 6. Contact Details It is essential that all emergency contact information and relevant medical details are accurate and up to date at the time of booking.
