director
With 15+ years in coaching and sports development, Sam is passionate about football, multi-sport coaching, and building strong community connections.
JUSTUS Larter,
Head COACH
A UEFA C qualified, Justus is a player-coach for Rotherfield United Men's First Team and has spent the past three years developing talent at Volta Academy Sports.
Adam Palmer,
Head Coach
Adam Palmer is a UEFA C and GK qualified coach with a strong background in both playing and coaching. He plays for Henley Town FC's First XI and currently manages Marlow FC’s U8 BYFL team while also serving as the U18s goalkeeping coach.
Emma donohue,
Head coaches
An Irish FA Level 2 and Multi-Sports Level 2 qualified coach, Emma brings versatile expertise to the pitch. Currently Head Coach at Henley United FC, she also plays for Oxford United FC.
lucas pestana,

A UEFA B and Multi-Sports Level 2 qualified coach, Lucas holds a degree in Sports Coaching and currently manages the Volta JPL U9 team, bringing both academic insight and on-field experience to youth development.

A UEFA C qualified coach with a degree in Sports Coaching, Alex leads the Volta JPL U10 team, combining academic knowledge with a passion for developing young talent.

A UEFA C and Multi-Sports Level 2 qualified coach, Tom manages the Marlow FC U7 BYFL team, focusing on building strong foundations for young players through fun, engaging sessions.
